TaKalert app for iPhone and iPad

TaKalert is a smartphone application giving consumers a quick and easy way to report water related problems such as leaks, bursts, low pressure or water quality issues, to their local utility.

How does it work?
When you encounter a water issue – either at home or in a public space - simply:
• Select the category: leak, low pressure, water quality or other etc
• Write a brief description of the problem. Photos are welcome, but optional
• Send the report with a click of a button

The report, including the exact location of the problem, is sent to the local water utility, allowing them to respond quickly and efficiently.
